In this Inspired by Kongsberg video, our Application Specialist Filip Van Bruaene demonstrates how to create a detailed miniature football stadium from corrugated board. Designed by EngView Systems and produced using the versatile Kongsberg C cutting table, Filip shows how the individual elements are marked, creased and cut with precision.For the stadium we used the Ballpoint Pen Tool to mark the different components ahead of assembly, while a Kongsberg Creasing Wheel creates the fold lines. The dedicated CorruSpeed Tool is then used for through-cutting the corrugated board, delivering smooth and accurate cuts without oscillating.
Once all the individual components have been marked, creased and cut, they are carefully assembled to create the finished stadium. Combining structural design with the precision and versatility of the Kongsberg C helps the complete production process run smoothly, from the first cut through to final assembly.
