The Kongsberg Feeder & Stacker provides a seamless way to increase your productivity. The board feeder and stacker combination will speed up your short run production by eliminating manual handling bottlenecks and reduce both material damage and waste without additional labor costs.

The optimal solution for short run production

With stack height at 915 mm (36 in.) and quick automatic load cycles, the Kongsberg Feeder & Stacker is the optimal solution for short run production on all typical packaging and display materials. The optional underside camera scans the sheet from below (the print side) and automatically locates the registration marks, barcodes and the corner of the sheet – saving between 20-30 minutes per set up!

Perfect stack alignment

The board feeder is specifically designed to cause no harm to the board or the print as it moves to the cutting table. The Kongsberg table quickly registers cuts and then delivers the material to the pallet with perfect stack alignment to ensure consistent production with the next step in the workflow.

With the optional underside camera, you can even convert printed media with the print side down.

Underside Camera:
save 20-30 minutes per set-up!

The optional underside camera is a must-have for any digital finishing department handling printed media that is required to be converted from the back of the sheet. The underside camera takes away the manual processes of checking each sheet and calculating registration marks.

The underside camera scans the sheet from below (the print side) at the same speed the feeder loads the material. It automatically locates the registration marks, barcodes and the corner of the sheet. The solution doesn’t have to stop to read the marks, saving between 20-30 minutes per set up!

This reduces setup times and material waste: the manual way involves cutting test sheets to make sure that the complex calculations (measuring print-to-edge, mirroring…) are correct.
