What is it used for?

The VariAngle Unit offers the possibility to make straight-cuts (0°) and V-notch cuts of all angles between 0° and 60°, with increments of 0.5°. The tool automatically changes the knife angle based on information from the input file. The knife angle can be set in Esko ArtiosCAD as well as in iPC.

Materials
  • All sorts of corrugated boards up to triple wall, paper core board, paper-based honeycomb, corrugated plastic, foam board and solid board.
  • Up to 60° in materials up to a thickness of 16 mm
  • Up to 45° in materials up to a thickness of 20 mm
  • Can cut straight (0°) in materials up to 30 mm in thickness
