What is it used for
The Dual Heavy-Duty Tool Unit (Dual HDU) creases, perforates, and cuts V-notch or straight lines at high speed, ensuring strong performance on heavy-duty materials such as double wall, triple wall, recycled, and environmental boards.
Its 150 mm crease wheels apply a scoring pressure of 50 kg, enough to crease triple and double wall corrugated with heavy liners, and to achieve superior crease quality on recycled board without cracking the liner.
A separate 60 mm wheel position handles creasing, perforation, and tear lines through board up to 6 mm without a tool change. Running both wheels independently boosts productivity.
The Dual HDU also cuts V-notches with mitered corners and precise folds, ideal for loading pallets, container cushioning pieces, and paper core board displays.
